Gabe's Gang

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to check out Gabe’s Gang Senior & Special Needs Dachshund Sanctuary. We are a federally recognized 501c3 nonprofit corporation with one mission in mind — Rescue/Rehabilitate/ Rehome and Love special needs and senior dachshunds. 
Our group was officially created in 2015 and since that time we have brought many pooches into the Gang.
Originally, our group was simply a dachshund/basset hound rescue. Over the past few months, however, it became very clear that our mission was to bring in those with grey muzzles and special needs. 
It’s a tough mission, but it’s one we are up to, and one we simply love. 
With the help of all our Gabe’s Gang Gangsters, we have built a community of loving, compassionate and caring volunteers and corporate sponsors. We have created a village of compassion for these amazing little angles, and we believe this village is going to change the world for senior and special needs dachshunds. 
Our efforts have brought dogs in and found loving homes for them all over the country, and our group of Gangsters touch all corners of the Earth. 
I’m so proud of what we have to show, of what Gabe’s Gang has done to this point, but I believe we have only just begun. 
Our impact has just begun to be felt. We are a Gang of action, of results, of triumph and success. We’re a gang of wagging tails and happy dachshunds. 
We can do anything and everything... and we’re going to live up to that potential. We’re going to save lives and wag tails. 

We have so many things in the works — seniors-for-seniors therapy programs, publishing opportunities and more in our future!
